Last week I went on holiday to Vilamoura in the Algarve with my uni friend Claire. Apart from lots of sleeping and relaxing, I went to Silves, the regional capital Faro and a boat ride along the coast. The food around there was fantastic, especially the seafood.
Apologies to all my Portuguese friends for not visiting them (and for not letting them know far enough in advance!), I promise to visit Lisbon next time I'm in Portugal!
