In January, I attempted skiing in Meribel. It went a lot more successfully than I imagined that it would. I came back with no injuries, enjoyed myself and got down several slopes. I mainly stuck with the baby slopes, but achieved my aim of going down one beginner slope by the end of the week. Thanks to Thea, Danny and friends for their patience and to Sheyi for being as good at skiing as me - it was much appreciated.
