Lake Kawaguchi

While my sister Rachel was here I decided that she had to see Mount Fuji, so we went to Lake Kawaguchi at its base. Unfortunately what we hadn't bargained for was a lot of cloud. We were also a bit alarmed by the increasing amounts of snow, as we got nearer to the lake on the bus.

Fortunately in the afternoon the clouds broke a little and we could catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji - albeit a tiny one!
